How long does it take to process an order?

We can usually pick and pack your order on the same business day when received before 2pm. After that time it will be shipped on the next business day.

For personalised orders please allow 1-2 business days to process. This processing time can be slightly longer if there is an issue with the wording requirements you have requested, or if you've specifically requested a proof to be sent beforehand.
