Refund policy

Can I return my order?
If you change your mind you can return any non-personalised item for a full refund. Please note that personalised items can't be returned to us unless faulty.

To start a return please send us an email (sales@angraves.co.uk) quoting your name, address and order number. Please also state the reason you'd like to return your item. We'll reply and work with you during the returns process.

How long do I have to request a return and send the item back?
You have 30 days to let us know you intend to return your item and you then you have a further 14 days to get the item back to us once we authorise the return. Items returned must arrive in perfect condition including the packaging, so please ensure that they are packed well using clear tape to seal any boxes and ensure all item(s) have not been assembled. The product must come back in the same condition it was delivered in having not been assembled or used. Once the returned item has been inspected a refund of the product returned will be issued within 14 days of return of the goods. We reserve the right to refuse returns or to charge you our fees and expenses if the product isn't received in new, unopened condition. We do not pay for return postage.

When will I receive my refund?
Once the item has been received we aim to process all refunds straight away but please note that it could take up to 14 calendar days.

In line with consumer law you'll receive a full refund which will include original p&p costs paid. However if you chose an upgraded delivery option (i.e. a faster delivery) then you won't receive that part of the refund back.

Can I cancel my order if I've paid but you haven't dispatched it yet?
You can cancel your order as long as it has not been dispatched by us already. Orders that are placed with us before 12pm weekdays are usually dispatched on that same day, however we can usually post items beyond this time so it varies. Providing we can physically stop your order from being posted we will happily cancel it for you. Please note that your order status can still read as 'processing' after we have posted your order, as order statuses are usually updated up to an hour after posting. If we can cancel your order before it's dispatched then you'll receive your full refund straight away.
